  • Perishable Nature: Our products are perishable, and once dispatched, they cannot be resold or reused.
  • Hygiene Standards: To ensure food safety and hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges of consumable items.

However, we understand that issues can arise, and we are here to assist you. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your concern and, if valid, arrange for a replacement or suitable resolution.
