- Usage: For 250gm basmati rice: Fry 3 sliced onions, 1 tbsp of each ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, chilli powder and turmeric powder in 3 tbsp of oil. cook till oil separates. Add ½ cup curd, and 1½ tbsp of ADANI pulao biryani Masala, roast for a while and then add cooked vegetables like green peas, carrots, etc. Grease the pan, and place alternate layers of rice and half-fried vegetables. Pour 2 tbsp ghee and ½ cup milk. Cover and heat for 15 minutes on low flame. *tastes best when served hot with raita/salad.
