- USES: When Used in Cooking Toor Dal for 30 min, Boil it will Pieces of Drum Sticks, Brinjal and Onions. add 2 Table Spoon of Tamarind Juice, add 1 tbsp of Adani Sambhar Masala for Tadka, Heat 2 tbps Oil, add 1 dry Red Chilly, 1/4 tbsp Fenugreek, 1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds, 2 Springs of Curry Leaves and a Pinch of Asafoetida. Add tadka to mixture Boil for 2 min and Serve Hot With Dosas / Idali's / Appalams for Authentic Flavour.
